Role Definition / Summary

This is a versatile role that involves website merchandising across the Nykaa Fashion app & website homepage, category landing pages, hybrid PLPs, search & thematic pages. It also involves showing the Nykaa Fashion user relevant yet thoughtful conversations, interesting style-led product curations across their journey on the app/website

Broadly, Nykaa Fashion prides in its fashion/trend forward-ness and this role is critical to help hold that positioning.

Responsibilities / Deliverables

• Ideation & refreshes of trend led / thematic sections on the Nykaa Fashion Homepage
• Management of category landing pages & hybrid PLPs
• Working to bring alive social / brand marketing campaigns across various touchpoints on the site
• Close monitoring of search trends to identify what Nykaa Fashion users are really looking for / resonating on the app/website & finding pockets where those can be added onto the homepage / landing pages
• Building a quarterly calendar of all important commercially relevant / trend / editorial conversations that should be given visibility across site touchpoints
• Add structure to data monitoring, management of MIS reporting & SOP creation will also be part of the role
• Management & QC of overall Nykaa Fashion catalog health & mega menu
