Job Description:

Nykaa is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive to manage and enhance our presence on Instagram and Facebook. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing compelling beauty content that resonates with our audience. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and technical know-how to drive engagement and growth on our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Planning and Creation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy for Instagram and Facebook.
• Create engaging, high-quality beauty content including posts, stories, videos, and reels.
• Collaborate with influencers, beauty experts, and internal teams to generate diverse content.

Content Management:

• Manage the daily posting schedule, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions, maintaining an active and positive community presence.
• Ensure all content aligns with Nykaa’s brand voice and aesthetic.

Campaign Management:

• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new product launches, sales, and special events.
• Work with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
• Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Digital Marketing:

• Utilize digital marketing strategies to enhance content reach and engagement.
• Implement basic boosting and performance marketing techniques to amplify key posts.
• Optimize content based on performance metrics and audience feedback.

Data and Reporting:

• Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for Instagram and Facebook.
• Provide regular reports on content performance, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
• Use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and improve overall performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ Years of experience in managing Instagram and Facebook for a brand, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media best practices.
• Basic knowledge of boosting posts and performance marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Insta reel edits, Canva, In shot).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
