Position – IT Administrator

Employment Type – Full-Time & Permanent

Core responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing end-to-end IT operations, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving technical issues promptly
• Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance of operating systems and software applications
• Provide technical assistance and support to end-user’s email and in-person
• Monitor network performance, diagnosed network issues, and perform necessary troubleshooting
• On boarding/off boarding processes
• Lead the laptop procurement process, liaising with vendors to source and deploy devices that met the company’s requirements
• Oversaw asset management activities, tracking hardware and software assets, conducting periodic audits, and ensuring proper documentation
• Collaborate with vendors for IT-related procurement, negotiating contracts, and maintaining effective communication to ensure optimal service delivery

Skills & Requirements:

• 4+ Years of experience on IT Operations
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• IT Operations Management

• Problem solver with self-learning capabilities
