: Project Coordinator & Engineer Role

• Lead assignments within the scope of projects.

• Lead the entry-level engineers. Mentor & Supervise juniors.

• Understand business needs and device engineering solutions using analysis expertise.

• Define the scope of work, plan, allocate available resources, and ensure execution and timely completion of assignments.

• Lead multiple projects at the same time, including cross-functional projects.

• Review work carried out by team members, and lead design reviews.

• Approve deliverables made by the team,

• Ensure compliance with the established Quality Management Process. And work towards continuous improvement.

• Interact and communicate with business units frequently to understand their requirements.

• Strive to achieve targets on relevant key performance indicators.

• Validate timesheets of team members assigned.

• Prepare & conduct technical training.

• Should be open to travel as per business needs.

• Work towards individual goals aligned with department and organizational objectives.

• Guide team members to have them accomplish their performance goals.

Skills Required

• Must be familiar with design specifications and Codes, Conceptual study, FEED & other studies

• Detailed study of loads and loading combinations used for offshore design should have worked in the capacity of lead engineer (for Topside/ Jacket/FPSO Modules)

• Should have handled the Project Management functions at a senior level for 7 years

• Expert-level knowledge of the use of FEA and SACS

• Strong knowledge of more than one relevant industry code/ standards

• Basic knowledge of CAD software used.

• Basic Knowledge of project management software.

• Very thorough, meticulous, and detail-oriented

• Team Player

Educational/Professional Qualification Required

• Must have 10 years experience in EPCC/EPCM Company with min. 10 years of relevant experience in the offshore industry, FPSO, Jacket, Topside, etc.

• Ability to provide supporting design calculations.

• Must hold strong knowledge of strength, buckling, fatigue, and dynamic behaviour of structures.

• Candidate must hold expert-level knowledge of SACS
