Key Responsibilities:
1) Be the voice of the brand while handling incoming calls & chats from customers.

2) Responsible for helping incoming leads to find the right course and help with online enrollments & admissions.

3) Responsible for achieving business targets through innovative sales & marketing strategies

4) Regularly follow up for leads through calls,messages,email, etc.

5) Be a virtual Ambassador for the brand online and conduct live webinars and sales pitches to help parents understand the various course offerings.
