Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:

• Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information
• Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models
• Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation and fabrication
• Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation
• Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during design stage
• Model 3D surfaces and scopes including structural steel, concrete.
• Develop/review project 3D models and provide constructability reviews, clash detection, quantity take-offs, coordination and phasing analysis.
• Build Construction Revit and Navisworks models.
• Develop detailed design drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD software
• Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems
• Draw and detail plans for foundations, buildings and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: INR25,000.00 – INR50,000.00 per monthSchedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:
