We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Nurse to provide essential healthcare services to patients in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Nurse, you will be responsible for monitoring the patient’s health, administering medication, assisting with daily activities, and providing emotional support to both the patient and their families. This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering high-quality care in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

Any +2/Graduate/ANM/GNM or equivalent qualification
Fresher: Less than 1 year years of experience
Compassionate and empathetic nature
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of basic medical procedures and protocols
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities

Provide personalized and comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes
Monitor and assess the patient’s health and condition on a regular basis
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
Ensure the patient’s safety and well-being at all times
Educate patients and their families about disease management and self-care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective care
Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
Adhere to all medical ethics and confidentiality standards
