Job Description

• To take full responsibility of the shift in terms of management of staff, management of production and quality targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes in line with the companies quality systems, processes and procedures.
• Working knowledge on QMS and EMS (IATF16949:2016, & ISO 14001).
• Have practicing knowledge of Lean manufacturing Tools such as 5S, TPM, SMED, Poka-yoke, Kanban, JIT, 7 QC tools, 8D, problem solving and troubling shooting skills to ensure that all team members can identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems in hand.
• To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy

Qualifications

B.E. Mechanical / Production with 3 to 5 Yrs experience in production, Sheetmetal & SPM experience preferable, CTC-5-6 PA
