Job Description,
The Accounts & Admin specialist is responsible for assisting with the daily/weekly/monthly processing of accounts payable, cash receipt entries, monthly review and preparation of travel files, and general journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. This role also includes daily administration of operations related to the business.
What You Will Do
· Accounts Payable/Cash Receipts
· Assist with daily cash receipt entries and resolution of unidentified payments
· Reporting of daily cash collections
· Assist with accounts payable processing, weekly check run, employee reimbursements and related file maintenance
· Review invoices ensuring proper approvals, project numbers, and General ledger codes are present
· Accurately code and enter Supplier invoices into accounting systems
· Research and resolve various issues that may arise in the processing cycle
· Ensure timely payment of vendors and employee reimbursements in accordance with company policies
· Process wires and rush payments as needed
· Resolve invoice discrepancies and handle vendor inquiries
· Reconcile all the loan files which we receive with payment gateway
· Perform month-end duties when needed/assigned
· Assist with audit requests
· Reconcile monthly balance sheet accounts
· Miscellaneous projects as requested
· Reconcile and upload monthly travel costs
· Sent out payment notices and reminders as and when required
Your Qualifications
· 1-3 years’ experience in Accounting & Admin role
· Proficient in Excel, prior experience with Tally & other software preferred
· Highly organized, detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
· Able to work comfortably with different systems and problem solve
· Have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage different personality types
· Pro-active and able to work effectively in a team environment
· Able to work well under pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
