Ogni Esco Pvt Ltd Hiring for Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive ( Immediate Joining ) at Hyderābād Full Time

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Create and Maintain the accounting records for the company using the QuickBooks Application
• Reconciling all the bank accounts for all the stores.
• Managing all the Aspects of A/P, A/R, and Fixed Assets.
• Run Payroll Bi-monthly, ensuring proper input of timesheet, releasing Pay stubs & Pay checks.
• General Ledger Maintenance, ensure month-end adjusting journal entries for monthly closing.
• Preparing Monthly Financial reports for the Management.
• Ensuring Payment of taxes on time.
• Maintain Bank Reconciliation Statement and Reconciliation of Debtors & Creditors,
• Maintain Journal Entry Sale, Purchase & Expenses Invoice,
• Maintain all Accounting voucher entries.
• Responsible for KPI analysis and evaluation of costs and margins.
• Conversant with PAYE and VAT reconciliations.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
