Position: Business Analytics
Experience: 6–8 years
Location: Bengaluru
Industry Preference: Banks, Financial Institutions, NBFCs
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to generate actionable business insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Build, automate, and optimize dashboards and reports for various internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and design data-driven solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes.
- Track and measure business KPIs, performance metrics, and campaign results.
- Develop predictive models and data frameworks to support risk, marketing, and operations teams.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong analytical mindset and expertise in number crunching.
- Hands-on experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, SAS, Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
- Proficient in statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights in a clear, concise manner.
- Experience in the BFSI domain is a must.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
