OLA Looking For Ola – Chief Of Staff To CFO – IIM/ISB at Bengaluru, Karnataka, Full Time

• Serve as liaison between employees, executives, senior leaders, regarding project updates, proposals, and other key areas requiring CFO input
• Setup governance for strategic programs
• Partner with broad range of stakeholders across the org to ensure the Chief Financial Officer is well prepared for all internal and external meetings / interactions, including supporting with preparation of key papers / inputs for board meetings
• Driving high priority initiatives to meet organisation wide goal
• Communicating initiative status and recommend the direction to the CFO
• Understanding of financial analysis and planning, accounting, treasury, and other key Finance functions
• Project managing board meeting preparation and creation of board meeting materials
• Running business reviews and analyzing opportunities
• Creating and updating monthly dashboards to track changes in key metrics

Qualifications And Skills

• CA or Tier 1 MBA finance background
• 8-10 years of experience in to a similar role
• Consulting program management along with internet commerce experience will be preferred
• Deep understanding of Finance as a function and strong general business acumen
• Deep project management experience with demonstrated success leading complex project through inception to completion
• Demonstrated ability to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes.
