Job Summary

• The business analyst is responsible for working over the entire project development life cycle which generally starts from the elicitation of business requirements to the testing and go-live of the system
• The main objective of the business analyst is to deliver the functional design specifications to meet the specified business objectives of the project
• Should Interact with the business users and work closely with them to understand their business needs and opportunities
• He or she is also responsible for coordinating the entire staff indulged in handling the project by preparing and leading the coordination meetings
• The business analyst specifies various strategies for completing the project and identifies the data flow. Should closely work with business teams to understand and document the business requirements. Liaise with the technology team to come up with solutions to meet business needs
• Should carry out processes to validate the functionalities developed with the various participants from the Business & Technology team
• Preparing and maintaining documents, procedures, user guides, and business processes is another important job responsibility of the business analyst
• Designing and documenting the user manuals is also undertaken by the business analyst. He or she may also undertake various training sessions to train the future trainers as needed
• Good to have experience in digital marketing implementations for eCommerce & digital projects.

Profile Description

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science or relevant discipline with a minimum of 8 – 10 years of strong, professional experience with about minimum of 3 to 4 years in Business Analysis
• Should have strong eCommerce domain expertise with 6+ years of recent experience in eCommerce implementations.
• Effective organizational and management skills
• Expert in time management and the ability for achieving the given tasks within the allocated time frame
• Knowledge of Agile implementation methodologies is a must
• Expert judgment and decision-making skills
• Should possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
