JOB DESCRIPTION: –
-Develop and leverage constructive relationships within target accounts to gain access to key decision makers.
-Analyze business potential and identify potential business opportunities.
-Part of research/ meetings with the customers to understand the customer’s organization, requirements, and business objectives.
-Present solution proposal and business fit to seniors and engage in negotiations, and close the deal.
-Facilitate knowledge/ best-practice sharing between communities within sector/ geography.
-Pro-actively identify opportunities within target accounts and answer incoming RFQs with senior leadership.
-Conduct internal & external research to identify customer’s supply chain requirements and business objectives.
-To ensure annual budgets, sales
-GP targets are met within the given time frame.
-To work closely with sales teams in ensuring target growth is achieved.
-Exceptional relationship management skills with Customer
-Sound knowledge of Warehouse operations
-Project management experience preferable
-Excellent Financial and Process analytical skills
-Ability to work effectively in a customer driven deadline environment
-Ability to work in a cross-functional, matrix & virtual environment
-Preferably more than 2 years of Experience in one of the following verticals – Logistics/Ecommerce / Automobiles industry
-Relevant knowledge of Sales & service solutions across the logistic value chain.
-Good interpersonal skills, excellent team building capabilities, planning, coordination, and decision-making skills.
-Demonstration of strong planning skills essential and good project management skills.
-Knowledge and understanding of Logistics 3PL & National Distribution Operations
