A brief about the role:

Position: Trainee Engineers

Experience: Fresher/0-0.6 months

Location: Pune (Remote)

Criteria:

• MCA, MSC (IT), ME, M.Tech, MBA(IT/CS), MCS (2018, 2019, 2020, 2021) pass-out year

• Graduation pass-out year should be 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018,2019

• Candidates should be ready to learn new technologies

• Candidate must have System (Desktop/Laptop) with i3 and above processor, 8GB RAM and broadband connection

• Candidate should be ready to join immediately within 1 week after offer letter is received

• Candidates should be ready to sign service agreement of 3 Years with 3 Lakhs zero balance salary account cheque (Security Cheque) which will be returned after completion of agreement

Job Description:

✔️Should have good knowledge on skills like .NET, Java, C, C++, Data structure, algorithms

✔️A good understanding of software development, implementation lifecycle, and hands-on programming experience would be advantageous

✔️Good knowledge in database PL/SQL, SQL

✔️Good Aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills

✔️Passionate about the digital world, designing and building the logic

✔️Thrive in a dynamic environment and project-based working environment

✔️Must be independent, disciplined, and highly motivated

✔️Willing to learn new skills

✔️Good communication skills are must

✔️During the training period, selected candidates will be offered a stipend of 5000k ( six months)

Selection Procedure:

1st Round – CV Evaluation

2nd Round – Automated technical test

3rd Round – HR Discussion

Compensation: 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA with other standard benefits.
