We are a remote company spread across seven countries and five continents. Applying for this entry level position, you’ll work remotely from your home (in India) and report directly to one of our Customer Support Team Leads.
An ideal candidate should be a fast learner, independent and creative thinker, maintain the highest levels of transparency, and have excellent customer interaction skills. In this role, you will:
- Answer live chats and emails, providing support on a wide range of product topics
- Act as a trusted adviser to help solve customer problems during all stages of the customer lifecycle
- Troubleshoot technical issues and communicate back to the customer
- Stay up-to-date by reading technical articles and receiving training for new product features.
This is a full time salaried early evening/late night position. Your usual schedule would consist of 8.5 hour shifts but more time may be required depending on daily circumstances.
Monday – Friday, starting at 18:30 India Standard Time
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:
- Located in and have work authorization in India
- Bachelor’s degree is requested, however, a combination of education and experience may be considered
- 1-3 years of Customer Success/Support experience (SaaS experience preferred)
- Analytical mindset with ability to quickly recognize patterns
- Able to master new software and systems effortlessly and quickly
- Superb writing and communication skills: accurate, focused, and detailed
- Native or fluent English speaker
- Excellent at multitasking and highly productive
- Strong interpersonal skills
