Recruiter Roles:
NON-IT / IT Recruiter experience is a must – min 1 yr

Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups and social media sites
Conducting preliminary interviews with the candidate to check their expertise on various skill sets, and qualify the candidate for the appropriate requirement
Conduct regular follow-up with candidates & keep them informed about the profile status.
Should be good at Excel & Reporting ( or MIS)

Operations Roles:
Should be open to communicating & doing the follow-up with company employees on notifications/status updates
Should be open to working in a team, & drive the team spirit
