Process : IHC US shift ( 80% Calls and 20% Emails) Blended Profile
Shift Timing : US shift 5:30 pm to 2:30 am 9:00 pm to 6:30 am (Any 9 hours)
Working Days : 5
Week Offs : Sat/Sun fixed
HSC/Graduate with Minimum 1 year international experience mandatory
Excellent Communication Mandat ( Voice Selects Only)
Experience/Relieving letter is mandatory
Salary upto 22k Inhand, depending on the last drawn package
Rounds of Interview : HR, Operation, Email Assessment, Typing (30WPS, Accuracy 90%).
