C1B – Credit One Bank – Credit Card Soft Collection.

• 2 rotational off
• Shift Timing – 7pm to 4am (Fixed)
• Educational Criteria :- SSC/HSC/Graduate any would do
• 6 months to 1 year of experience into international Collection/Retention/Sales/Customer Service

TPC – Third Party Collections

• 5 days of working
• Sat/Sun Off, candidate needs to work one Saturday in a month fixed
• Shift Timing – 7pm to 4am (Fixed)
• Educational Criteria :- SSC/HSC/Graduate any would do
• 6 months to 1 year of experience into international Collection/Retention/Sales/Customer Service.

Process : Retention process ( Voice)

• Shift Window : 24/7
• Working Days : 5
• Week Offs : Any two (Rotational week offs)
• Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6months Inbound Voice Experience Mandatory
• Voice Selects Only(Excellent Communication)
• Salary upto 30K Inhand depending on the last drawn package

Note : Work from Office Fully Vaccinated

Process : IHC US shift ( 80% Calls and 20% Emails) Blended Profile

• Shift Timing : US shift 5:30 pm to 2:30 am 9:00 pm to 6:30 am (Any 9 hours)
• Working Days : 5
• Week Offs : Sat/Sun fixed
• HSC/Graduate with Minimum 1 year international experience mandatory
• Excellent Communication Mandatory ( Voice Selects Only)
• Experience/Relieving letter is mandatory
• Salary upto 22k Inhand, depending on the last drawn package
