OnGrid Hiring for HR Generalist at Gurgaon, Haryana, India Full Time

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
• Administer the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions, coordinating the completion of required paperwork, and facilitating the integration of new employees into the organization.
• Provide support in performance management processes, including assisting with goal setting, conducting performance evaluations, and coordinating performance improvement plans as needed.
• Handle employee relations matters by addressing employee concerns and grievances, conducting investigations when necessary, and recommending appropriate resolutions.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations, and effectively communicate policy changes to employees.
• Assist in employee development initiatives, such as coordinating training programs, career development plans, and succession planning.
• Support HR administration tasks, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR reports, managing HRIS systems, and ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with management and employees to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

• Proven 3-5 years experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, with a solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
