Accounts Assistant

Oniro is a commercial vehicle dealership based in Trivandrum looking for an Accountant Assistant to our team record financial transactions,

Responsibilities include

• Manage & enter transactions
• Ensure timely bank payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
• Managing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable.
• Oversee timely raising of the vendor invoices (receivables), collection and revenue reconciliation reports
• Conduct credit checks on all vendors, establish and manage limits
• Prepare monthly financial statements for controlling of debtors & expenses, prepare debtors ageing & follow-up for payments
• Prepare reports and analyses trends in cash collection, and direct bill revenue
• Oversee daily fund management
• Vouching for the accounting entries, review the transactions to ensure that proper evidences are kept on records.
• Ensure Inter Company / Units reconciliation on monthly basis
• Support in Statutory Compliance of GST, Income Tax and support the HR Tam for ensuring labor laws compliances

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months

Salary: ₹11,000.00 – ₹21,009.00 per month
