Managing front office / Vendors / Courier services.
Taking care of Inventory Management of Company’s local Taxes and internal office assets.
Check and Order necessary office supplies.
Maintaining registers, records and reports.
Managing on time vendor payment processing.
Budgeting and working for cost reduction and saving.
Coordinating and dealing with office for admin related works.
Branch activity handling.
Looking After infrastructure issues, managing vendor management, Housekeeping & Security .
Branch Event organizing .
Requirements
1. Experience – 1 + year in administration in any industry
2. Age – 22-27 years max
3. Any Graduate
4. Male / Female
5. Ctc -2.6Lp.a
