Role Overview

We’re hiring an Operations Associate to support the founding team during US hours. Most of the work will be:

1. Research briefs (people, companies, universities, events)
2. Twitter & LinkedIn post drafting/scheduling and light community management
3. Professional outreach and simple tracking in sheets/Notion

Key Responsibilities

1. Produce concise briefs (background, recent updates, 3–5 insights, links)
2. Build prospect lists (educators, founders, creators, university contacts)
3. Draft and schedule posts on Twitter and LinkedIn; write short replies/DMs in a professional tone
4. Maintain a simple content calendar and weekly cleanup of follows/contacts
5. Send tailored connection requests/DMs and log outcomes in a tracker
6. Keep lightweight CRM/outreach sheets updated; summarize weekly results
7. Triage basic emails for follow-ups; prep meeting notes when needed
8. Maintain SOPs/checklists for repeatable workflows

Sample Weekly Tasks

1. 5 research briefs (≤1 page each)
2. 10–14 posts drafted across Twitter/LinkedIn + suggested replies
3. 250 targeted connections/DMs sent; Saturday cleanup of follows/contacts
4. One-page weekly summary: wins, learnings, next week plan

What We’re Looking For

1. Strong English (clear writing; professional tone)
2. Comfortable in 10 PM – 2 AM IST; reliable and responsive
3. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
4. Fast with Google Workspace; basic Notion/Sheets skills
5. Prior exposure to social media, outreach, or startups is a plus
6. Discretion & confidentiality are essential
