OPPO Hiring for Product Operation Manager at Gurugram, Haryana, India Full Time

Responsibilities:

1.Planning, configure, maintain, monitoring and managing all contents in OPPO internet services.

2.Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve product functionality and user experience.

3.Prepare and present detailed product reports and performance metrics to senior management.

4.Research and analyze various trends on the market, include user’s behavior and provide insights to the internal team.

5.Provide operational support for in-app events, including dissemination of functionalities through documentation.

6.Report and monitor any problem encountered inside the internet platforms.

7.Design for marketing media of our online platform, particularly in the creation of banners and other collaterals to be uploaded to the application.

Requirement:

1.Bachelor‘s degree or above. Preferable have experience working in Operations, Product Management, Product Operations, or equivalent role).

2.Passionate in internet Business (understanding internet market is a plus).

3.Possess a strong logical and critical thinking ability.

4.Demonstrated exceptional competency in analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data and draw insights, perform insightful analysis, and communicate the findings of data analysis to team and/or related stakeholders.

5. Able to work in team and/or independently.

6.Be creative, detailed-oriented, fast learner, and highly-motivated with excellent personal attitude.

7.Has excellent writing skills is a plus and knowledgeable in online trends.
