What are we looking for?

• MCSA or MCSE certifications (Windows 2012 or higher)
• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to articulate task management, priorities, and issues.
• Technologies: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, Active Directory design and management, Group Policy customization, WSUS / WDS / MDT design, deployment and operations, Hyper-V/VMWare virtualization, VDI / VDA, MS-Exchange Server, Certificate Authority, etc
• Microsoft Windows Server Datacentre experience
• Proven expertise in powershell scripting and automation
• Communicate with peers and managers regarding system issues & participate in 24×7 on-call.
• Capable of handling projects & good in customer communications
• Proactive self-starter, delivery focused, results orientated, team player, high professional standards, and work ethic, strong-willed but flexible, and capable of making independent decisions
• Has a passion for innovation and working in a start-up environment with Good communication skills?
• Manage MS Azure platforms.

What will you be doing!

• We are looking for game-changers who are confident to use their talent to make a difference.
• Engineering of solutions for various project and operational needs.
• Install new / rebuild existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures.
• Contribute to and maintain system standards.
• Research and recommend innovative, and where possible, automated approaches for system administration tasks. Identify approaches that leverage our resources to scale.
• Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources,systems, and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups.
• Perform regular security monitoring to identify any possible intrusions.
• Support daily backup operations, ensuring all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
• Perform regular file archival and purge as necessary.
• Provide escalation support per request from various sources; investigate and troubleshoot issues.
• Repair & recover from hardware or software failures. Coordinate and communicate with impacted parties.
• Apply OS patches and upgrades on a regular basis, and upgrade administrative tools and utilities. Configure /add new services as necessary.
• Participate in on-call escalation rotations for 24x7x365 support; evening, overnight, and weekend, holiday and on-call work may be required.
• Azure Knowledge will be an added advantage
• Ability to architect, build, maintain, and enhance our current managed service offerings and infrastructure.

Salary: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
