Job Title: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO Specialist

Responsibilities:

Google Ads:

• Create and manage Search, Display, Performance Max ads on Google Ads
• Understand and implement the creation of tracking URLs for accurate measurement of ad performance
• Develop and run experiments to test and optimize ad copy, CTAs, headlines, descriptions, and targeting for maximum impact
• Set up and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and pixels to track ad performance and provide daily reports and insights
• Hold a Google Ads certification and demonstrate strong knowledge of Google Ads metrics, such as Conversion Rates, Click-Through Rates, Cost-Per-Click, and Cost-Per-Acquisition
• Design and create high-impact landing pages and forms to improve conversions and lead generation
• Create visually stunning and high-impact ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement

Facebook Ads:

• Create and manage Facebook ads to drive engagement, leads, and conversions
• Utilize Facebook’s targeting options and tools to reach the right audience, such as custom audiences, location targeting, and demographic targeting
• Test and optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting to increase ad performance and impact
• Implement and manage Facebook pixels to track ad performance and provide daily reports and insights
• Design and create high-impact landing pages and forms to improve conversions and lead generation
• Create visually stunning and high-impact ad creatives that capture attention and drive engagement

SEO:

• Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and phrases
• Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine visibility and ranking
• Monitor and analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify areas for improvement
• Implement and manage technical SEO best practices, such as website speed optimization, mobile optimization, and crawlability
• Collaborate with content creators to produce high-quality, keyword-rich content that drives organic traffic and engagement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices and search engine algorithm updates

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with creating and managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO campaigns
• Strong understanding of digital advertising metrics, tracking, and reporting
• Ability to create visually stunning and impactful ad creatives
• Strong understanding of keyword research and website optimization techniques
• Ability to analyze and interpret ad performance data and adjust campaigns accordingly
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads certification is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹9,214.68 – ₹25,000.00 per month
