Job Description:

• Reporting to Facility& EHSManagerand performingadministrativeduties.
• Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
• Welcoming and assisting visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
• Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Preparing reports on Google Sheets
• Monitoringofficesupplies and ordering replacements.
• Keeping the reception area tidy and observing professional etiquette.
• Making travel arrangements for Employees / Customers
• Hotel Reservations for domestic and international employees.
• Welcoming Customers andassist HR team on smoothly onboarding New hires on day 1.
• Arranging Flower Bouquets / Giftsfor customers .
• Arranging food for customers and International Employees.
• Airline bookings for employees
• Visa processing for employees in collaboration with Travel Agencies ( Countries: Canada , Europe& APAC)
• Coordinate with Housekeeping / Pest control& security personnel , So that the task assigned to them is managed smoothly
• Working with third-party vendor on Statutory Compliance submissions to various government bodies .
• Employee File& Records Management.

Requisite Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment
• Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
• Experience working Google Sheets, MS Excel and Formulas
• Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Graduate , BBA Preferred
