Full Job Description
Job Summary:
Smart Looking, Excellent and decent English Communication
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
Maintains cleanliness in entire office premises by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Manage housekeeping, ticket and cab bookings for travel, hotel bookings
Initiate corporate tie-up for administrative activities
Conduct security checks
Make necessary preparations for all meetings, conferences
Assist in all event management activities
Detailed Reception activities –
Handling Front Desk Operations, Handling EPBAX SYSTEM and answering calls from guest and their queries
Handling all administrative activities like stationary, conveyance processing, ID card preparation
Assisting HR Manager for all HR related admin activities
Managing all database Management which involves updating and analyzing all data.
Maintenance of Employee’s personnel files.
Managing all Attendance & Leave Record of all the Employees.
Assisting for organization events and employee engagement activities -employee birthday and anniversary celebration
Maintaining of inward Courier Register.
Maintaining & Looking after the Conference Room Bookings.
