Looking for Head : Finance and Accounts for a Manufacturing Company :

• Ensure effective financial management of the business: responsible for performing all financial tasks and oversight necessary to achieve the region’s mission and help execute growth plans.
• Competencies include financial accounting, reporting, management accounting, budgeting, related systems and procedures with hands on experience, cash flow and investment of funds, liaison with statutory and internal auditors, business support, key cost monitoring and Project Profitability, MIS and any administrative tasks assigned from time to time.
• Help us scale efficiently – we’ll always move fast, but evolving our planning processes and ensuring finance best practices spread through the organisation.
• Preparation of Project Proposals Qualification: CA / Inter CA.
• Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (P and L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in fullest detail, analysis of variance of actual vs forecast.
• Should have extensive experience in accounting, taxation, financial control, management reporting, regulatory compliances, transfer pricing, etc.
• The development of a financial and operational strategy and metrics designed to preserve and grow company assets and report accurate financial results.
• b) Develop systems in line with Organization norms, as per field requirements.
• Oversee the management and coordination of all fiscal reporting activities for the region including profit and loss reports, and monitoring of regional and cash flow budgets.
• Investment accounting, Taxation & Internal Audit Financial Systems.
• Managing the daily job performance of the staff members and payroll activities.
• Management Reports to Board & Financial Planning.
• 12-18 yrs of experience with experience in leading the accounting and finance function.
• Management of the entire accounts and finance team.
• Financial Management, Cash Flow Monitoring, Budgeting – Planning, Banking Operations-Fund Raising, Cost Control, Financial Analysis, MIS, Define & execute financial accounting policies & procedures.
• Ensuring compliance with organization’s policies, procedures and guidelines related to finance, accounting and standing orders.
• Must be having hands on with the fundamentals of finance, accounts, financial planning, annual planning, budget planning, demand forecasting, highly analytical and a good team leader.
• Region and City P and L planning – you will be primary point of contact for all things finance for the region cities (including forecasting, goal setting, modeling support).
• Cashflow management and supervision of all financial transactions within and outside the company.
• a) Compilation and checking of the organizational and project budgets with work plan as submitted by the technical/other teams.
