Job Description
Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.
Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.

Summary of Role:
Responsibilities to include:
Promote Advantage YOU – Internal First Program by creating an “internal first” culture so that internal career mobility becomes a competitive differentiator for Oracle, our hiring managers, and employees.
Educate hiring managers & career mobility stakeholders on the business value of internal career mobility and the importance of considering internal applicants first when actively hiring.
Facilitate learning & enablement sessions for hiring managers & employees around readiness.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, HR, & Advantage YOU leadership team to create new ideas around expanding our Advantage YOU brand & aspirational goal of 50% internal movement, including developing new internal communities with a coaching focus.
Global and regional projects.
Key Qualifications:
8+ years in talent management, HR, or recruiting leadership experience in a matrix organization.
Strong skills in effective consulting, facilitation, coaching, program/project management, and written/verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of HCM is a plus.
Successfully run programs and key deliverables in a fast-paced changing environment.
Strong interest in forward-thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent client relationship, trusted advisor, networking, and partnering skills cross-LOB, regionally, and globally.
Ability to be a trusted confidential & collaborate partner with HR.
Strong team partnering skills needed & ability and interest to lead, develop and grow.
Proactive and resourceful.
Self-motivated.
Ability to travel as needed.
