Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art AI models that meet the highest quality standards.

• Mentor a high-performing team of scientists and engineers.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams for developing various applications and solutions.

• Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive adoption of AI solutions

• Identify new opportunities through GTM & demos.

• Have a deep understanding of industry trends and advancements in AI space

• Stay at the cutting edge of GenAI, LLM, and AI agent advancements, contributing to Oracle’s leadership forums.

• Publish findings, present customer demos, and mentor junior team members on best practices for generative AI and LLM development.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years relevant experience. Strong experience in AI/ML, with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, or AI agent development.

• Serve as a key technical expert in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions with a focus on GenAI and LLM application

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed computing.

• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with libraries

• Architect and implement AI agents that automate complex workflows

• Develop and fine-tune LLMs for domain specific use cases, such as automated documentation, question answering, and predictive analytics.

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and architectures

• Align GenAI and LLM initiatives with business objectives and customer requirements

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
