Oracle Hiring for Automation Testing (Bigdata) at BENGALURU, India Full Time

Job Description

Intermediate consulting position operating independently with some assistance and guidance to provide quality work products to a project team or customer that comply with Oracle methodologies and practices. Performs standard duties and tasks with some variation to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer specifications.

Standard assignments are accomplished without assistance by exercising independent judgment, within defined policies and processes, to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

2-5 years of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

1) QA experience of 4-5 years with at least 3year working as a Automation tester.

2) Experience in understanding requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation

3) Experience of writing manual test cases and perform manual testing to identify defects and track them to closure

4) Should be able to identify the manual test cases that can be converted to automation

5) Should be able to design the automation strategy

6) Must have Experience of developing and writing automation scripts using either (UFT, Selenium, RANOREX) is mandatory

7) Must have automation framework creating experience using above tools

8) Experience of writing the scripts using descriptive programming is required

9) Experience identifying common functionalities and creating function in automation is required

10) Experience setting test data for automation scripts

11) Experience of Only record and playback using the automation tool should not be considered as automation tester

12) Experience of Only executing of automation scripts experience should not be considered as automation tester

13) Hands on experience creating complex SQL queries, knowledge of SQL Joins and functions mandatory. Should be comfortable writing complex SQL queries.

14) Hadoop testing experience required

15) Good knowledge if UNIX command required
