Job Description
As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client’s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.
Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.
Responsibilities
Total of 10 + years of relevant IT experience with 6 + years in Oracle Extension ,Integration and Fusion SaaS implementations
Role is a combination of Individual Contributor role ,Project management and a people management role. KPI’s will include people oriented, organizational & financial indicators.
Must have:
Experience in leading teams of 15+, including performance management & competency development
Product expertise in at least 1 Oracle Digital product family – App Dev or Integrations
Experience of working and owning RFP response/ proposals, working on solution design, demos and POC’s on product capabilities
Experience in Bidding, Effort Estimation, Risk analysis, Demand generation, develop relationships with many stakeholders.
Non-technical attributes:
Manage and lead change, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, clarity in communications, able to inspire a team, deal with complex situations and be able to handle risk vs. reward situations.
Secondary Skills:
Drive Solution Architecture for customer requirements with estimation, staffing plan and schedule planning
Define strategy, conduct architecture and design review to provide guidance and Quality assurance around best practices and frameworks
Project Management ,PMP or TOGAF certification is a plus.
