Business Analyst – Contractor Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Oracle Talent Acquisition organization. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams, supporting end to end data analytics and reporting needs understand their business and provide valuable insights to drive the business and strategies.

The Talent Specialist manage end to end of the overall hiring lifecycle –from the sourcing of active and passive candidates across a variety of websites, job boards, referrals, and social media, Screen & qualify the identified candidates, manage interviews and who are then put through the interview & offer management and on boarding of the candidate.

Job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with the various stake holders in the Talent acquisition organization understanding the business requirements and objectives

• Responsible for end to end operational support in terms of data analysis, cost, compensation guidelines, various process and systems for the OTA organization

• Review, process, validate the integrity of data used for analysis

• Attend review calls with the management and help in review of reports / data and explore additional analysis.

• Make strategic recommendations to the stakeholders/project teams based on the data analytics

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience with client and customer engagement

• Strong Business Acumen and communication skills

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Handling budgeting process and managing costing details (preferred)

• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools – Oracle BI, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, etc. (preferred)

• Knowledge of HCM (preferred)

• Overall 3+ years of professional experience
