Oracle Hiring for Lead Analyst – O2C Quality at BENGALURU, India Full Time

Job Description

• Perform internal audits for O2C Process to ensure the process is in compliance

• Adhere to audit timelines and publish timely reports/dashboards

• Conduct external & internal calibrations, root cause analysis and recommend corrective & preventive action

• Provide timely written and verbal feedback and coaching

• Conduct quality orientation sessions and quality hours

• Analyze error data and provide meaningful output for decision making

• Recommend innovative ideas to improve the audit process, thus helping overall financial activities in Operations

• Work closely with front-line managers and senior managers to identify needs and embrace change management
