Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will apply basic to intermediate knowledge of software architecture to perform software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 1 year of software engineering or related experience.

Industry Strategy Group – Demo Lab

About the Group:

The team provides solution engineering shared services for the Industry Strategy teams.

This includes conceptualization, build, delivery & support services for SaaS and PaaS Cloud & Industry-specific use case demonstrations available via Demo Services.

These proof-of-concept solutions are used by sales to showcase how our broad spectrum of cloud services can be used together to address unique challenges.

The deliverables include end-to-end hosted demonstrations, comprehensive documentation, and partner digital training workshops in Oracle University (OU) and help select customer sales pursuits by partnering with fields Sales Consultants (SC).

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience : Overall experience of 2 to 6 years. Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Oracle CX (mandatory)

• Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud per the design provided

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex problems

• Exhibit strong design and development skills

• Orientation to contribute both as a mentor as well as an individual contributor

Must have :

• 1+ years of experience implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud and/ or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems

• Functional understanding of CRM & service data models

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Experience in Integration design

• Engagement Cloud Service Request functionalities.

• Sales Territories

• Sales Quotes and Leads

• Opportunity Management

• Mobile and Outlook integration

• Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs

Note :

• Those with 2-3 years experience in Siebel or Sales Cloud and with interest to pick up skills in Oracle CX products like B2B Service (Engagement Cloud) can also apply

• Experience with Oracle CX, VBCS, Webservices will be an added advantage.
