Job Description

Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve code issues for assigned software solution.

Career Level – IC1

Responsibilities

As a member of the Production Service Developer team, you will troubleshoot and analyze intermediate technical coding issues submitted by internal or external clients. Triage and escalate incidents, problem management issues and urgent issues requiring more in-depth knowledge to appropriate internal resources. Provide release support for go-lives and code deployments. Effectively use and navigate development process and code repositories. Apply basic code and testing changes and fixes to resolve issues. Develop and execute test plans for basic diagnostic packages.
