Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 2 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.
Responsibilities
This position will partner within the team and design, develop, test, implement and support primarily Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) dashboards. The role will interact with multiple stakeholders across the organization and be instrumental in furthering the team’s mission. You will learn and apply business process and develop dashboarding expertise to bring forth insights to synthesis business use cases. Implement solution gaps, document requirement gaps, and assist with key design decisions. Daily business questions will require you learn or use existing of knowledge of pipeline, forecasting, consumption, consulting, support, and other data sources to create data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality insights to Cloud Engineering leadership and managers affecting the strategy and daily decisions of the organization.
Improve and maintain Data Quality & Anomaly Detection dashboard.
Work with subject matter experts to move prototyped analytics to at-scale reporting by creating compelling visualizations and storylines for the dashboard user experience.
Analyze features, capabilities, and the OAC platform at the technical/feature level and maintain dashboard/canvas and visualization configurations to maximize performance.
Partner with team members to learn the NACE (North America Cloud Engineering) business goals, objectives, processes, operational strategy, and other topics to enable you to develop impactful reporting.

Work diligently on assigned projects and timely communicate updates including delays, blockers, and risks.
Additional Preferred Skills:
Ideal but not required to have previous sales, support, or marketing operations experience.
Experience with at least one major project in the last 12 months.
Professional development experience including degree, certificates, or other coursework in the BI field.
Knowledge of Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and OBIEE or experience in analytics tools like Tableau, OAC, Qlik, PowerBI, Excel etc.
Preferred Language Skills: SQL, JSON, and XML
