Own, design and develop Security and Compliance content using storyboard using the ADDIE method.
Assign and manage courses in Oracle’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Establish reports for analysis and client/learner communication.
Continuously grow your understanding of the organizational learning needs and recommend effective solutions that will improve operational metrics.
Analyze the effectiveness of training deliverables and propose enhancements as needed.
Build strong and successful relationships with core stakeholders.
Work with Training Leads and Subject Matter Experts to gather project requirements, identify core learning objectives, and develop learning solutions to fit the needs of the business.
Share status that is relevant, transparent and adds value.
Escalate issues and develop mitigation plan accordingly.
Think broadly and strategically when solving problems
Proactively identify challenges and solutions
Qualifications:
Ability to own and manage multiple learning solution projects simultaneously while dealing with ambiguity.
3-6 years of experience managing complex projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills leveraging data.
Results-oriented: focused on driving results, even if it means rolling up your sleeves to get it done.
Experience leading and contributing to a learning community.
Self-starter and comfortable operating at a fast pace with minimal direction.
Leadership experience within a project team.
A natural collaborator and team player willing to reach out to new people.
Highly skilled verbal and written communicator.
BA degree in instructional design or related field
Key Skills:
Articulate Storyline
Instructional Design, Storyboard Design, Learning Objective formation, and Assessment creation
Interviewing/working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Learning Measurement Strategy application
5+ years in instructional design and curriculum planning – developing ILT, e-learning, web-based and game-based learning
Demonstrated proficiency with instructional design tools (training plans, content scripts, design documents, storyboards)
Demonstrated proficiency using authoring and graphics tools (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Creative, Articulate, Camtasia, Captivate, etc.)
Experience using/administering a Learning Management System (LMS)
BA degree in instructional design or related field

Responsibilities
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
