Oracle Hiring for Programmer Analyst 3-IT at NOIDA, India Full Time

Job Description

Work with Oracle’s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle’s global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

Responsibilities

Desired Skills and Experience

• B.Tech or M.Tech from reputed colleges in India along with exemplary academic record.

• Participate in the preparation of project proposals, develop system and user documentation and train end-users.

• Experience with project management including scope management, risk management, and project delivery with focus on Business Intelligence projects

• Experience designing data warehouse solutions including designing and developing business intelligence systems.

• Excellent knowledge and significant experience in any of the ETL tools like ODI12c, Informatica, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL.

• Good exposure to any of the BI tools like OBIEE (RPD development), Data Visualizer, SAP Business object & Cognos.

• Ability to optimize performance of complex reports and sql statements

• An innate curiosity and bias to action.

• Additional knowledge of Spark, Kafka, Python & Selenium is good to have.

• The ability to identify what’s important, and what’s not.

• Demonstrated ability to deal with very large and complex data sets.

• Strong Analytical, Quantitative and Problem Solving Skills

• Strong written and oral communication skills to work seamlessly with business users.
