Job Description
Partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and qualification of Oracle’s top talent on a national basis. Develops and implements recruitment/resourcing programs.
As an Oracle recruiter you will expedite recruitment and staffing needs via internal and external resources to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned Oracle division(s). May serve as a technical specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and Oracle’s iRecruitment web tool.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high volume environment. Experience with targeting and recruiting top notch Oracle professionals. Ability to target candidates and cold call recruit individuals at all levels. Experience in a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to travel. 5 years recruiting experience in a high technology or agency environment. BA/BS degree.

· Be proactive in networking, cold-calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets.
· Utilizes multiple sourcing techniques to identify top talent.
· Lead the recruiting process from sourcing to final offer.
· Manages metrics locally with understanding of global impact.
· Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners and Staffing Effectiveness teams, and lead staffing portion of annual headcount planning and staffing resource planning processes.
· Manage and influence complex partner relationships to ensure overall staffing objectives are met.
· Ability to manage and deliver complex project.
· Act as a functional point of contact for key stake holders.
Required Skills/Experience:
· Experience recruiting in cloud development environment with heavy emphasis on research and recruitment.
· Knowledge of IT industry is a must.
· Must have the capacity to both understand and communicate effectively on complex technologies.
· Track record of producing results in a highly complex environment.
· Min of 9 years of recruitment experience in the IT Industry.
· Preferably good experience in handling leadership hiring.

· Understand pain points of business & partner with key stakeholders to formulate & execute hiring strategy.

Talent Advisor
The Talent Advisor will be responsible for managing and driving the entire recruitment process mainly for OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) team.
