Job Description
Develops, implements, and/or maintains employment and other recruiting programs. Assists recruiting management in setting the college campus strategy for the identification, recruitment and qualification of college hires. May interview and screen entry level applicants in other areas.
Join an industry leader in assisting with setting the strategy for college campus recruiting. Work closely with Oracle management to identify internal hiring needs. Will interface with Oracle’s iRecruitment web tool to support recruiting programs. Close candidate interviews and determine candidate expectations. Formulate offer package. May conduct reference checks. Maintain accurate applicant tracking records. Compile and analyze data and prepare reports for senior management.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Previous experience with campus recruiting. Ability to travel. BA/BS degree.

Lead hiring programs for increasing gender diversity, LGBTQ+, candidates with disabilities and Military Veterans
Lead sourcing and interview process for diversity programs
Come up with innovative solutions to filling hard to find roles
Passive sourcing expertise

Lead diversity recruitment priorities with a data driven mindset
Ideate and deliver multiple sourcing channels to build diverse talent pipelines and execute on referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Consistently conduct and report out on market research continuously creating awareness of existing and new trends around diversity recruitment
Conduct training and presentations for stakeholders
Attend conferences and partner with professional organizations, and external vendors to advance our diversity recruitment strategy and increase return on investment through these partnerships
Use data consistently providing meaningful insights to inform strategies
Build, maintain and socialize functional diversity pipelines and reporting
Serve as a knowledgeable, trusted advisor to Talent Advisor, hiring managers, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders
Partner with Employee Resource Groups
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience with a minimum 5 years in Talent Acquisition
2 Years leading diversity recruiting programs
Proven experience developing strategies based on research and data with a results-oriented mindset
Proven project management skills including project lifecycle, communication strategy, establishing goals and reporting
Successfully proven relationship management and influencing skills
Ability to perform work independently and achieve results on own initiative as well as be able to work in cross-functional teams, collaboratively
Excellent client relationship, networking and partnering skills at all levels of an organization.
Knowledge of social and online tools to brand Oracle as a diverse employer of choice, and to develop and build additional pipelines.
Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and fact-finding abilities
Specific outlined programs and responsibilities
Create goals and roadmap to increase gender diversity recruiting numbers YoY
Additional focus on Disability, LGBTQ3. Partner on Diversity programs such as – Elevating women in Cloud (partnering with Kat)
Partner with Nita on Return-to-work program (top priority to scale to other regions partnering with Daizy)
Partner with NA team and lead neurodiversity initiatives
Identify and connect with partners and conferences (ex. Grace Hopper), platforms. Brand Oracle as employer of choice to these organizations
Lead the upskilling of Talent Advisors in diversity recruiting (i.e. diversity sourcing training, tools and pipelines)
Sourcing requests as needed
Run roles through Textio
Proactively review and report diversity data JAPAC (gender only), identify gaps and areas of opportunity
Leverage Linkedin Insights to understand competitor programs and provide insight towards what is happening in the industry and see if we can learn from our competitors
Identify business groups which are running with very low in diversity numbers in their teams and partner with recruitment team to plan programs to increase the diversity employee base.
Roll out news letters or communications across the Org with the program initiatives – quarterly highlights. Eg: Diversity Program office (partnering with JAPAC comms)
