An experienced consulting professional who has a broad understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

Experience Description:

The ideal candidate should be Bachelor of Engineering/Bachelor of Technology or Master of Computer Applications with experience ranging from 6 to 8 years and should:

• Have hands-on experience in integrating and extending ERP Cloud and/or On-Prem ERP applications (Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing)

• Have experience (In-Depth Understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow) in either Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle EBS AU (Finance or Supply chain)

• Have development experience in Integration and extensions using Custom schema with PLSQL and/or SoA Gateway and XML)

• Have experience of writing efficient and optimize code and understanding of performance tuning techniques

• Have experience in conversions and Interfaces into and out of ERP cloud: FBDI, HDL, ADFDi, BIP, OTBI, as well as Web Services (SOAP & REST)

• Have experience in PaaS, specifically, Oracle’s OIC, SOACS, JCS, VBCS, DBCS/ATP, Storage Cloud Service as it relates to SaaS Applications is a plus

• Have understanding of Cloud technologies Integration strategies (Cloud to Cloud, Cloud to Ground) and Extensibility strategies is a plus

Your Responsibilities

As an integral part of the Oracle ERP Cloud Development Team, you will be responsible for the following –

• Working with remote and geographically distributed teams to enable building the right products, using the right building blocks and making them consumable by other products easily

• Be very technically hands-on and own/drive key end to end product/services

• Ensure customer success including delivering fixes/patches as needed

• Help build high performance organization including referring, interviewing top talent to Oracle

• Design & Development of administration of integrations and extensions using Oracle SOA Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or ADF or VBCS

• Ability to design and implement integration components between enterprise systems

• Design and provide hands-on development of cloud-based enterprise integrations, leveraging API frameworks

• Work closely with internal and external partners to gather requirements and design complex business application extensions and data integration solutions

• Translate business processes and requirements into technical integration / extension requirements and designs

• Participate proactively in Organization initiatives
