Job Description

Manage a team that designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a manager of the software engineering division, you will apply your knowledge of software architecture to manage software development tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications, operating systems and databases according to provided design specifications. Build enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically one year of software engineering or related experience.

We are seeking candidates with 10-14 years of experience in development/delivering 4G/5G solutions

Desired Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelors or MCA equivalent engineering/computer science education spanning 4 years. Experience in managing development & QA teams and in delivering 4G/5G projects/solutions.

• Plan of projects, track the progress, achieve project milestones and communicate the project progress with the stake holders.

• Excellent team skills, can-do attitude, focus on quality and drive to make a difference in a dynamic, fast-paced organization.

• Facilitate resolution for the issues and roadblocks

• Well versed with risk assessment & change management plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Knowledge of agile software development methods

• Experience in Kubernetes infrastructure & micro services-based solutions

• Experience in development/delivering C++, Java & Python projects

• Exposure to Big data architecture and ML methodologies

• Good knowledge of Telecom or networking domain
