About the role
Admin – Cloud Systems
Key Result Area:
Support on AWS native services
Manage DevOps solutions
Provide Level-2 support to Orange External / Internal customers
Provide On-Call support on request basis
Ensure the development and maintenance of Service and Product catalog
Ensure service are available, reliable, and work at optimum performance
Management of Mean Time To Restore Service targets
Provision of technical consultancy to development plans and projects
About you
Educational Qualifications:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
ITIL Certification
Hyper scaler Certified – AWS/ Azure
Relevant Experience:
Total 2 to 5 years of experience in Cloud Ops and Tools
Desired skills/knowledge:
L2 support on Azure/ AWS
Contribute in all phases of the product release lifecycle
Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures of cloud technology networking/security solutions, including SaaS, PaaS, IaaS for example AWS, Azure infrastructure
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
ITIL processes such as Incident management, Problem management, Release management etc..
