About the role

Implementation resource will be directly reporting to IT Operation manager

Implementation and deployment of new technolgy in OBS portfolio

Being proactive in project implementtaion and escalation

Key point of technical escalation in the event of a major incident

Attend the CAB regularly as an when needed
Detailed planning of complex changes to the environment expansion /projects etc.
Risk assessment and validation of implementation plan.

About you

Experince in Storage domain in NetApp, EMC Islion and Unity.

Experience in implementation, configuration, expansion, and troubleshooting of NetApp solutions

Experience in DR solution forBackup ( Commvault and Netbackup )

Should have a good understanding of NetBackup Self Service and integration with NetBackup Master and Media Server

Hands-on Experience in hardware (Tape libraries and tape drives) related issues.

Should have an excellent understanding of different layers of infrastructure, especially Storage and Backup

Working experience in configuration and troubleshooting Day to day backup JOBs and issue

Excellent understanding of Backup architecture.

Contribution in implementing the backup solution and updating HLD, LLD, and runbooks

Ability to quickly take ownership of new technologies in your technical domain.

Should have good communication skills to clearly define the issue and communicate to the business.

Experience in automated storage and Backup infrastructure

Provides the necessary support for L2 teams during crises and complex changes

Provides the necessary support for validation and technical coordination during complex changes and participates in CAB when needed

Coach L2 Operation resources as when needed.
