About the role

About the role We’re searching for a talented, experienced and passionate to build a career in Security Operations Center and to join our CoE – Managed IT Services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting security devices for our customers around the world. Job Responsibilities:

• Knowledge and understanding of information security principles and practices.
• Working experience on CIsco ISE, checkpoint , PAloAlto/Fortigate Firewall with Troubleshooting skills.
• Working experience for event log monitoring of security devices i.e. intrusion detection/ prevention systems, firewalls, VPN, ACS, and Application level firewalls, content filters of Fortinet, PA Products
• Working of Forti-Analyser and Forti-Manager would be required for log analysis and centralised management
• Understanding on Experience with security practices of Intranet and Extranet
• A background in Firewall,SSO implementation and use,DLP and Windows Security Administration including log analysis
• Review logs and reports of all in-place devices, whether they be under direct control (i.e., security tools) or not (i.e. workstations, servers, network devices, etc.). Interpret the implications of that activity.
• Understanding of networking protocols TCP IP, SMTP, FTP, HTTP, SNMP, Syslog, SSH etc.
• A background in Windows Administration, and Windows Security Administration including log analysis
• Day-to-day monitoring & Management of various firewalls, VPNS and security devices of CIsco ISE, PA/Fortinet Products along with Rules,Policies, NAT and basic configuration and events/ logs
• Working experience in Security device & health monitoring, Antivirus deployment and management/ log monitoring, understanding of Virus/ SPAMs
• Working experience on Event log monitoring tools and Proficient in participating for investigating security breaches activities over network.
• Establishing a baseline ISE security rules/policies working with other service lane members
  Hands-on experience on ISE Posture Services, Client Provisioning and Posture Policy etc

About you

About you Ideal candidates will use their passion for remote monitoring, management of security devices. You should have a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude. Ideally you should have 2-3 years relevant experience in security operation handling multiple security solutions.You should be ready to work in 24×7 Shifts Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Any Graduation
• 2-3 years of experience in security operations
• Relevant experience in remote technical support of security solutions

Certifications:

• CCNA, PCSNE/ NSE4 /CCSA(mandatory)
• CIsco ISE or Pulse Secure certification would be an advantage
• or any other security certification

Skill Set:

• Good communication skills
• Handson experience on CIsco ISE, Palo Alto, Fortinet firewall.
• Experience in security technology, products and syslog monitoring & analysis
• Good approach to take new initiatives
