About the role We’re searching for a talented, experienced and passionate to build a career in Security Operations Center and to join our CoE – Managed IT Services, which is responsible for remotely managing, securing and supporting security devices for our customers around the world. Job Responsibilities:

• Will perform remote configuration/ management support covered on Security devices i.e. Checkpoint Devices including all applicable modules/ addons within Checkpoint or any other Products like Cisco, Juniper ,F5 PaloAlto and Fortigate etc.
• Configuration includes (but is not limited to) routing/ policy configuration, IPSEC tunnel configuration, UTM features.
• Should be able to build/ implement Configuration, prepare HLD & LLD documents
• Need to be involved with customer for discussion & any acceptance testing
• Working experience in Security Operations as well as Implementation/ Planning of Security Devices specifically Checkpoint.
• Having thorough knowledge/ working experience of all features within Security Devices specifically Checkpoint
• Service Integration background is a preference
• Knowledge on Cisco, Juniper, PaloAlto , Fortigate Firewall or any other firewall is also required

about you

This is a remote monitoring, management of security devices. You should have a positive outlook and a get-the-job done attitude. Ideally you should have 3-5 years relevant experience in Security Operation handling multiple OEMs.You should be ready to work in 24×7 Shifts Qualifications & Work Experience:

• Any Graduation
• 3-5 years of experience in security operations
• Relevant experience in remote technical support of security solutions

Certifications:

• CCSA Certification (Mandatory)
• CCSE (preferred)
• Or any other expert level security certification

Skill Set:

• Good Documentation skills
• Good analytical & logical skills
• Knowledge of Audit compliance and supportive documentation is must.
• Efficient communicator
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
