HR Executive Job Description

Responsible for end to end Recruitment.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining
formalities.
3. Communicating and explaining the organization’s HR policies to the
employees.
Maintaining HR records.
Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file,
personal database, etc.) of each employee
5. Conducting various welfare activities.
6. Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns,
factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law and record
information on a timely basis
7. Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment
salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
8. Resolving grievances or queries that any of the employees have
9. Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the
motivation levels of people in the organization.
Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record for
timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
