Roles & Responsibilities:-Coordinate daily calendars of senior managersPlan appointments and eventsAct as the point of contact between executives and employees/clientsCreate regular reports and update internal databasesMake travel arrangements!Manage phone calls and emailsRespond promptly to managers’ queriesFacilitate internal communication (e.g. distribute information and schedule presentations)Suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctionsReview and recommend changes to our company policies*Requirements and skillsProven work experience as an Executive Assistant of Min 5 Years with any reputed companyKnowledge of office proceduresExperience with office management systems, ERPs and MS Office, Excel knowledge is mandatory.Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systemsStrong communication skills (via phone, email and in-person)Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize workMinimum Graduate, Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plusJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹45,000.00 – ₹55,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementFood providedHealth insurancePaid sick timeProvident FundSchedule:Day shiftSupplemental pay types:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Application Question(s):What is your Current CTC Yearly ?What is your Notice Period ?Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:total work: 5 years (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
